Secure Vectors Surveillance Inc. — trading as SVS Lab — is a cybersecurity testing laboratory based in Taiwan. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Secure Vectors Surveillance Inc. This page explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This website collects personal data in one place only: the inquiry form. When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you type into it — your name, your work email address, your company name if you choose to give it, and the message you write.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, payment card details, bank details, government identification numbers, health data, or any other sensitive category of personal data.
This website is built and hosted on Webflow. Form submissions are received and stored by Webflow acting as our hosting provider, and are then forwarded to our team inbox. Webflow handles that data as our service provider, under its own security and data-processing terms.
We use what you send us for one purpose: to read your inquiry, reply to it, and carry on the resulting correspondence about our testing, consulting and certification services. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the hosting and email providers needed to deliver and store your message, and where we are legally required to disclose it.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and then we delete it. If you would like your inquiry deleted sooner, tell us and we will do so, unless we are required to retain it by law.
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies that are required for the site to function and to protect the form from abuse. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within a reasonable period.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, including access control and encryption in transit. No system is perfect. If you believe your data may have been exposed, please contact us straight away.
We are based in Taiwan and the group operates offices in Japan, Singapore and the United States. Our hosting provider operates internationally. Your inquiry may therefore be stored or accessed outside your own country.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will note material changes here rather than making them quietly.
